3-month container

This is a unique and revolutionary 3-month program with an option to continue if you feel called. Each month there is a different theme we explore and dive into. We use acupuncture and reiki along with breathing and meditation to move stuck energies while exploring deeper aspects of your SELF.

If you are interested in:

  • Identifying and understanding your values and why they are important to your happiness

  • Learning about emotional intelligence and why we benefit from understanding what our emotions are trying to communicate to us

  • Investigating the concept of self-love and how imbalances live in our bodies and drive our perceptions

  • Moving the hidden and blocked energies that keep you from aligning with the best version of yourself.

During the 3 months we meet every week to discuss what struggles, successes, movements, unfolding, etc have occurred since we last met. I use acupuncture and reiki every other meeting to keep your body and heart open and expansive as we alchemize old energies and ways of thinking/being.

This program was born out of a desire to help others on a deeper level.  I have created a safe space to help you unravel subconscious distorted belief structures and energies that keep you stuck.  My goal is to help you live in alignment with your true self and your genius.
